Regardless of which one you choose, each personal training consists of a one (1) hour session designed exclusively for you, in which the REBOOT team will be taking care of, evaluating and correcting the technique of each and every one of your exercises and routines.
Small Group Session
Remember, with us your routine is absolutely personalized, although you are always welcome to workout in the company of your friends. Here are the two options:
– First, you can share your session with whomever you want.
– Second, join one of the training groups that we have predesigned in REBOOT.
In these group sessions you can achieve your goals in a fun and effective way. You can perform HIIT, TRX, intervals, strength, bands resistant, weights, etc., always in a dynamic way so that you never perform the same exercises and continuously find new challenges. All these sessions have a maximum of 6 people.
The Office Workout
At REBOOT we believe that one of the best ways to create team building is to exercise as a team. It is shown that companies that spend time doing physical activities in groups achieve better performance and therefore better results in productivity of their workforce.
You can choose how to get the most out of your work team and encourage a better work environment. We offer you a guide to plan your exercise activities and to clear your peoples’ minds, improving concentration, motivation and confidence for all.
How does this work? We present you with plans that range from a Master Class (a class for your employees to improve their training) to periodic classes (weekly / monthly).
As part of the portfolio we offer, there are groups of runners, conditioning, high performance training (HIIT), Pilates classes, skating courses or a mixture of all of them. You just have to contact us and we will design a plan that adapts precisely to your needs and those of your team.
